The Maulers are the elite unit of the Reshtarc Linelord and the Klingon Imperial Guard, all of the Line Reshtarc. Although officially listed as based on Behacor Prime, they have operated out of Strikebase Vengeance for almost two years now. These Marines are veterans of numerous conflicts, and possess a great deal of hard earned combat experience. They were formed by the Lord of House Reshtarcs' Marines to serve as the elite front line combat unit of the Family. They have fought with honor during several skirmishes with the Jahzil and Kinshaya, and during the Cardassian Invasion, and the initial Dominion attack. The Doom Claw and the B Company of the Dark Claw were almost destroyed to a marine during the initial Dominion counterattack, they remained behind to cover the with drawl of Imperial forces from the planet "Grelthnor" in Cardassian Space. The units have since been resupplied with fresh replacements from Behacor Prime.

The Maulers most recent action was on the planet Kodus III, during Marriks Ascendancy to rule the Reshtarc Line. The Maulers are organized into units called claws, these are similar in size to Battalions, with their own support units included. Each Claw is organized as either Mechanized Infantry or Armor.
