Regarding what is God and the Universe

In the Passive state inside the rarefied Substance state (a Pure Spirit) there are separate clots of a more dense Substance state of different size and density, which are in chaotic movement. This Substance state is called Pralaya (the rest state of the Universe). Sometimes the term the Unqualified Absolute or Absolute Absolutum is used.

In the Active state inside the rarefied Substance the clots of a more dense matter begin the movement according to the certain Law. For example, if one would spread the iron dust on the page of paper regulary and place it into the magnetic field, it will show the picture of field's force lines. Because of Plasma Matter state has Internal Self-consciousness (the Consciousness of Its Existence), similar to subconsciousness of humans, so at the Plasma state transitions to the Active state the Laws of the Divine Existense begin to manifest. The Melchizedek Consciousness manifests.

The Unqualified Absolute (the Nameless) during the transition from Pralaya to the Active state reveals the Active Triune God (God the Ultimate):

• God the Father -- I Ray (Shiva, Ptaah O Tep);
  
• God the Son -- II Ray (Vishnu, Christ, Krishna);
  
• God the Spirit -- III Ray (Brahma, Buddha, Parsipval, Maitreya, Son of man).

The Triune Creating Deity (God the Ultimate) is the Will of Absolute, emmanated beyond for the realization of Principles of Existance and Non-existence in the Nature World. This is I Ray or the First Attribute (the Universal Active Basis).

In the Second State He (the Triune Spirit) is projected into the Consciousness as the Space Transcendental Consciousness (the Universal Passive Basis) -- the Great Mother of all in the existence, Isis the Divine.

In the Third State (III Ray) He is the Self-consiousness of the Substancional Existence in the Totality of Attributes -- this is the Divine Nature.

As the Internal Consiousness of the Divine Being, perceived His Will, revealed Existance the Manifested, Whose Name is Brahma (Buddha, Parsipval).

The Universal Passive Basis got out of state of the potential existance as Abstract Aspect of the Pure Spirit, passed beyond of His Own Being and turned into the Active Principle, flowed into the World of Prototypes, the World of Firstcauses, the Will of the Divine penetrated into this New Universal Passiveness and differentiated It in the indefinite variety, becoming Basis the Separating.

Up to this time the Divine Consciousness was only the Consciousness of His Existence, from this time the Deity got the possibility to experience Itself in Its own parts, the Divine Consciousness from the Wife became the Mother, and after this It gave Birth to the New Consciousness, Her Child, through Which the Deity began to Manifest Its Vitality.

So the World of Existence Prototype manifested, the Original Divine Nature appeared.

11 Rays of Qualities correspond to 7 general Chakras and 4 additional Chakras in the physical human.

The Central Cube (10x10x10) corresponds to the Original Divine Nature, Which includes the Universal Active Basis, the Universal Passive Basis and the Self-consciousness of the Substantional Existence -- this is the Divine Melchizedek Consiousness.

10x10x10=1000 -- the 1000 petals Lotus corresponds to the First -- Crown -- Chakra (Sahasrara) in the physical human.

Seven General Rays in the Body of the Unqualified Absolute, Who has the Active and the Passive Aspects correspond to 14 points (Chakras) on the surface of this body. Each chakra has 1000 of Original states of the Melchizedek Consciousness. Besides, during the future activation of the Passive Basis, each of 6 zones around the Central Cube discovers 74 cells of the Active Consciousness (5x5+7x7). As the result we have 14444 (1000x14+74x6) Active Cells of the Melchizedek Consciousness.

Melchizedek Hierarchy:

• Melchizedek;
• two the First Priests after the Order of Melchizedek;
• 1444 (10x10x10+74x6=1444) Elder Priests after the Order of Melchizedek -- the Collective Comsciousness of the Divine;
• 14444 Active Cells of the Melchizedek Consciousness, who were manifested in the Spiritual Level, Priests after the Order of Melchizedek;
• 144440 Disciples, who obtained the Initiation to the Melchizedek Consciousness.

Thus, in total there are 14444 (1000x14+74x6) Universal Melchizedek Beings, who have their personal Mer-Ka-Ba Body, which is projectioned from one of the phisical Planets such as Urantia-Ales to one of Levels in the Body of the Central Universe. Naturally, all of Them have the different Energo-informational Volume and Qualities of the Nameless.

The Universal Beings, who have the Melchizedek Consciousness, belongs to the Central Universe, which as well as the other it's parts consists of 7 General Levels (which can be conditionally correlated with seven chakras in a human's body). (see fig. 4).

Now let's discuss the nature of the Universe.

Previously it was stated that the Unqualified Absolute (the Nameless) and God the Ultimate are the Central Universe. This is the Divine Luminary (the Heaven). Then the Last in the manifested Divine becomes the First in the Material Creation and in the Name of the Triune Diuty begins the future Creation. That is Brahma (Buddha, Parsipval) sends Seven Rays into Space. Every of the seven Rays carries the Active Basis on one side of Ray, and the Passive Basis on other side of the Ray, because Absolute the Unqualified has Active and Passive Basis. These seven Rays are Seven Buddhas of Activity (Seven Dhian-Kogans) or Seven Logoses, Which form seven Hyperuniverses (see fig. 3) at the Active Side of the Ray and disintegrate at the Passive Side of the Ray.

So, there is World and Anti-World incorporated into one space inside a so called Universal (World) Egg.

Hyperuniverses rotate on the different orbits in the Ecliptic Plane of the Central Universe around it on the elliptical orbits. In addition, they rotate around the main axis of the Ecliptic plane in a clockwise, forming the World Egg. Moreover, every of the Hyperuniverses revolves on it's own axis perpendiculary to the Ecliptic axis. So, a Hyperunverses rotates in 3 planes (see fig. 5), repeating the rotation of the Central Universe around it's three main rotation axises.

The further creation is shown at fig. 2. There is only one (for simplification) of Creation Rays (4th) shown on the picture for every structure subdivision of the General Universe.

During times when an incarnation on Earth was required it was impossible to select an appropriate physical bodies that had a high enough Energetic Level. That's why all Melchizedeks have 14 physical bodies of manifestation. Each of the physical bodies are represented by one of Rays from 1 to 7 of the General Universal Being (the Mer-Ka-Ba body).

From the times of early Atlantis to the present were Eleven Universal Melchizedek Beings incarnated at different times. Four of them left after completion of their work. In the present time there are 7 Melchizedeks in 89 physical bodies (9 physical bodies are discarnate).

There are not only male Melchizedeks, but also females. Each of the seven general Rays carries the potential manifestation of Male and Female and every third Ray from seven can be represented in the female body too.

Apart from this, in the moment the Femal Principle of Nameless -- Devi Tara is inarnated on this planet in 14 physical bodies on different continents.

This is the summary of my understanding what is God and the Universe.
