The Card: The 3 of Wands represents Virtue. It means established strength, or a success after a struggle. It can also mean pride and arrogance, and sometimes even the realization of hope. The last meaning of this card is nobility. Ill-dignified, this card represents conceit.
The Character: Victor is a newer person in Amber here, and one with whom I have had little contact. He seems to be a fairly nice guy. I know that he's dealing with Breyd (the 2 of Wands), so putting them next to each other was my little joke, ha-ha. Not quite sure what the dealings are about...or if I do know, I'm not saying. However, since it's Breyd, I'm gathering it's something at least a little bit sneaky under the guise of 'It's all for the good of Amber'. Shyah, right. However, Victor has followed through on what Oberon asked him to do, so in that at least, he's a responsible fellow.
