The Card: The 4 of Swords represents Truce. The basic meaning of the card is refuge, rest after sorrow and peace after war. It is a change for the better after any type of struggle. It also means convention, and the establishment of dogma.

The Character: Nimue is a Havenite. She's fairly nice, but I think she has self-esteem problems. However, her major trademark is a tendency to try to make peace with everyone. She is a good diplomat, even though she too ingrained into the Haven political system to see what she might want for herself rather than what's best for her country. Of course, that's only my opinion.
