(Haven City) In a rapid move, Lord Suhuy says that no trade in all Creation stock markets and banks will occur in Amber City debt. The speculative value of these issued by Princess Alexis were a healthy trading stock coming out of Amber.
Their value crashed through the floor minutes after extremists in Guildhall led by Princess Zariya began arresting foreign nationals calling them spies and issuing ransom demands. These were made to the Rolandae, NS and Haven Governments.
Suhuy advises bondholders to go to the Amber City Hall or Alexis who personally guarrantees them and ask for their money back. "Let that Zariya scrape up the cash to pay for the City's debts." he said.
Suhuyean companies in Amber who are large employers are infuriated about recent minimum wage laws and are taking advantage of the Thelbane sponsored exodus to move their operations en masse to the Amber Islands which are a duchy run by Prince Rory, Zariya's enemy.
Word from Princess Alexis office: No refunds are being issued. The bond issuance was private, not public municipal. Payments have been made on time or ahead of schedule, and the next scheduled one on Friday is to be doubled, and moves the payments to 54 completed over five actual scheduled dates. Payments will continue to be made in Thelbane pounds. It is also pointed out that the repayment is over four years ahead of schedule so far... [5 of 300 payment scheduled pay dates elapsed, and 54 of those payments completed...]
Anyone trying to go to City Hall over the bond issuance will be wasting their time. It is not public municipal, it is a private debt issuance.
Suhuy says he will buy original script from jittery bondholders at 90% value.
