The Card: The 6 of Swords represents Science. It means the fruit of academic labors, an intelligence realized in all senses of the word. It means labor and work, generally of an academic nature. It can also mean a passage from difficulty, and strangely enough, a trip by water. Ill-dignifed, this card represents academic pride and conceit, sprinkled with a good measure of selfishness.

The Character: Lucretia, well, she's one of my characters, so it'll be hard to give an honest point of view on her. She's obessed with math, science and magic, specifically "white" forms of necromancy. She's also pretty naive about political situations, though I think she's learning how much of a pickle she's put herself into. I also think she's British, but I'm not sure on that (and she's my character! Gah). There are a lot of rumors about her and Art dating, but nothing has really happened between them yet because she's hedging around the issue, really.
