Amber needs the money our merchants bring in. If you arrest our merchants we will arrest ten times the amount of Amber citizens on equally frivolous charges of espionage. As Chief Justice of Haven, I am sure conviction is possible. We will do tit for tat what you do to our people.
I suggest you harrass some other Great Power as we have gone out of our way to mind Amber and have taken crap from Linchester and the Mecklenbergs over it.
We demand you drop those charges and release our people. I am sure your king does not want the bad press coverage and the Haven Media to target Amber directly. Do not dare use your Fremen scum tactics on our people either. If you remove limbs fingers or stone them or do anything your desert scum types do, I will make sure that all Creation knows and I will see to it that your barbarians on your home planet suffer Haven's wrath.
