The Card: The 4 of Disks represents Power. The card signifies law and order, the gain of money and/or influence, and earthly power...but nothing beyond. The card can also mean success and rank, or possibly dominion. Ill-dignified, this card signifies prejudice, covetousness, suspicion, and lack of orginality.

The Character: Vladimir is a fairly new arrival in Amber. Admittedly, I don't know much about his character because he didn't care to reveal that much to Zariya. However, I do know that he is interested in power, and is trying to seduce at least a few women...or he thinks that they are all trying to seduce him. I think he may have the potential to be a player in Amber. Whether he becomes one or not is up in the air at the moment. However, at this point, he definitely covets power, even if he may not wield a great deal of it currently.
