HRH Princess Sabine, Solicitor General of Amber, has established a national police force called the Arrin-ken. These newly formed, mobile units are expected to establish order in and around all lands ruled by His Dread Majesty as well as standardize procedures in the many jails and dungeons that hold enemies of the state. They can be recognized by the deep blue cloaks and silver badges they wear.

HRH Sabine has established an office in a private room located in the back of her pub, Tulgey Wood in Amber City. Any and all governors of shires are welcome to stop by and discuss how & when the Arrin-ken will visit them.

All governors are encouraged to communicate this missive to their people. HRH Sabine expects the full cooperation of the populace of each shire and any local lawgivers. The Arrin-ken are to be treated with respect by any and all.

The National Police are to enforce national crimes such as treason, counterfeiting, espionage, milling of coins. They are not to enforce the postmaster general's minister of other ministries.Nor do they enforce local laws.
