Local Demon Lutterkin has come out with his lemonade stand and is giving out free lemonade with a posey. He is doing this to help promote understanding with the new guard of the Lord Mayor.
"I want to let locals know we appreciate them and I want to let the newcomers to our community know that they are welcome too." Lutterkin says,"My goal is to give everyone in Amber City a posey and a nice glass of cool lemonade."
Lutterkin read out a poem to greet the local precinct garrison of guardsmen and watch who moved into their new facilities:

"Little Demon Lutterkin
Greets the City's watcher men
Amber City Welcomes You with hugs
Bunnies and Swans and fancy red rugs"
Lutterkin then brought in imported helium balloons and candy floss to give to the men women and children of the city.
