(HBC) Once again the corrupt republic of Koronande shows how it plays politics. A cowardly assassination of a senator in its interneccine rivalries displays the moral fibre of an underfed wombat.
Today, the carnivore republicans decided to feed on one another.
Senator Zolo Hahn, a weak link in the Koronande Senate was eliminated in an assassination using a crossbow bolt and his staff were shot down using Rolandae firearms. The noted alchemist and expert metalurgist, Lesh-Y, formerly of the Black Zone was present and was murdered as well.
Lesh-Y who studied under Swayville Prize winning Chemists, Alchemists and Metalurgists in the Black Zone and Thelbane was an independent researcher affiliated with the Empire of Tanturak. He held a private estate and laboratory in the sea of Koros where he was robbed earlier this year by Oberon's agents who needed the cash to pay Lord Suhuy's interest charges. Lesh-Y's family in the Black Zone have put in a request for his body to the Minister Viceroy of the BZ, Prince Colmar Taltos.
Meanwhile no effort has been made to uncover which senatorial faction in the decadent republic is responsible. Si Maelstrom just shrugged and his opponent Kratti hissed and blamed each other.
