Kelvin
This series introduces a new world where magic and mystic creatures abound. An ancient prophecy spoke of a young man and his adventures to defeat the evil wizards of his universe and the parallel ones. The thing that set this young man apart from all others is the fact that, in a world of people with pointed ears, he had round ears. Kelvin, son of a native woman and "foreign man," had the round ears spoken of in the prophecy. As his life progressed, it became obvious that he was the person spoken of in the prophecy. In Dragon's Gold, Kelvin must fight dragons for the cure to a mysterious ailment. The following books tell the continuing tales of Kelvin and his children. The titles are Chimaera's Copper, Serpent's Silver, Orc's Opal and Mouvar's Magic. I think I may have left one out, but I'm not certain. Hopefully, I can find them soon to jog my memory.
