1/2 cup butter
In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Stir in peanut butter and heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cereal and powdered sugar. Form into small balls ( tablespoon size). In a microwave or over hot water in a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips. Dip balls into the chocolate several times to coat well. Place on waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container.

12 oz chocolate chips
