TIP #1

Make it make sense

Don't sacrifice the sense of your poem to get a rhyme
Example

Romeo Romeo,
Wherefore art thou Romeo

If the poet here used a word which made more sense to rhyme with Romeo he would not have had
to have made up the word 'thou' and 'art'
Example

Romeo Romeo,
You are a big bozo

TIP #2

Don't listen to anyone but me
Some people claim the songs rhyme but they don't
Example

I've tried so hard, hard to be patient
Hoping you'ld stop this infatuation

Patient does not rhyme with infatuation.

TIP #3

Don't use a rhyming dictionary

Are you a yellow bellied poet who can't rhyme! Do it from the heart. I dare you!
