Beast Man lunged at Battle Cat. He-Man's companion readied himself for the blow by standing semi-upright the second Beast Man landed in close quarters. The two locked arms, or forelegs in Battle Cat's instance.

   "So, you little kitty," Beast Man said. "You think you are stronger than the master of creatures like you?"

   Battle Cat growled and pinned Beast Man to the ground. "Master?" Battle Cat said. "You couldn't command a canary to sing!"

   One of the shadow creatures floated towards He-Man. He-Man brought his sword to the creature's shadow body, dissipating him with the blow.

      The five knights then jumped on He-Man to pin him against the ground. He-Man countered by throwing all of them off in one move. Three fell down the abyss.

   The other two knights got up and moved in for a second attack. He-Man grabbed them and banged them together, destroying them and having the armor fall to the ground with a clank.

   Yuko pointed her Valis sword at the remaining shadow creatures and fired two energy bolts from her sword. The creatures disapated into air.

   Orko chanted a spell at the wizard. "Powers of Goodness, heed me now, make this sorcerer fall with a POW!"

   The evil sorcerer looked around, with nothing happening. He laughed at the little Trollan. "Your magic needs work little one." He then stepped towards Orko, but stumbled and fell to the stone ground, redering him unconsious.

   The remaining people looked around. "Blast you, He-Man! And that meddling girl who is twice as annoying at that muscle-bound oaf's sister!"

   "Easy, Skeletor." Gares looked at him, and then at the heroes. "I will take there of them myself." He then walked towards the heroes.

   Orko flew up to meet the armor-clad warrior. He-Man shouted his protest, "Orko, No!"

   However, it was too late. Gares swung his sword, hitting Orko with the broad side of it. The Trollan fell to the ground, stunned.

   He-Man and Yuko looked at ach other. "Looks like it is up to us," He-Man commented. Yuko nodded.

   Both awaited to meet Gares. Gares swung is sword at the two heroes. Both parried with their swords, and then pushed it and Gares with it.

   Gares stood up from the ground. "Not bad," he commented. He then fired two flame bolts at He-Man and Yuko.

   He-Man delected the blows. The first flew into the abyss. The second was bounced back at Gares. Yuko fired a bolt from her sword.

   Both blasts hit Gares in the upper body. Gares gasped as he fell to the ground. "You... may have won.... Valis Warrior. But.... I shall... return in another..... form...." Gares became engulfed in violet light and vanished.

   "Noo!" Skeletor yelled. "You've beat me again, He-Man! One day, however, you will not be so lucky. And then Grayskull will be mine!" He then vanished with his minions in a flash of light.

   ln Castle Grayskull, the Sorceress was waiting for them, along with a young woman dressed in a light blue gown.

   When Yuko saw the famillar figure, she ran and hugged her. "Valna!" she cried.

   "Yes, Yuko," Valna replied. "I heard you were here, so I came to visit."

  "You know about Eternia?" Yuko asked.

   "Yes," Valna replied. "And Etheria. As a matter of fact, Eternia's Kig Randor and our mother, Valia, share a common ancestry."

   After meeting for a while, the heroes went off; Yuko back to Earth, Valna back to her castle, and Adam, Cringer and Orko back to Eternos Palace.
