Bronic McNessa
Bronic McNessa was born in the Welsh lands of England in 1151.
William of Normandy conquered England when Bronic was a young boy. The
MacNessa clan was a powerful and Noble clan, so Bronic enjoyed the life
of Nobility.
Bronic led a life of Noble fueds and knightly combat. So, when the
Crusades were called by Pope Gregory VII, Bronic answered the call with
a retinue of his men. Three long years of fighting saw the capturing of
Jerusalem by the Crusaders. Because of exemplary duty Bronic and his men
were invited to go to Rome to visit the Pontiff. The Holy Father gave
grants of land and commendations to MacNessa and the men.
While heading back to England from Rome, Bronic's troupe was
attacked by a band of rogues led by a vampire. MacNessa fell in combat
with the attacking horde and left for dead. He awoke the next day
surrounded by the stripped corpses of his men. The wounds that he knew
he had sustained were gone.
With the help of the Pope, Bronic was reoutfitted and sent on his
way back to England. Although, now possessed of the knowledge that
vampires were real and that he was now Immortal.
Bronic stopped aging at 48. He had to hide his Immortality from his
clan and friends. Moving from clan hold to clan hold. Eventually moving
to the New World to live his life of Vampire Hunting. Bronic knows and
understands that not all Vampires are evil, as a matter of fact he gets
much information about "bad" vampires from vampires that he trusts.
Now, Bronic lives in the city. He owns a large winery in the hills
of the Napa Valley. He is a known philanthropist and wealthy socialite.
But few know of his quest to hunt and slay vampires.
