Adrienne Delano is the youngest daughter in the Delano clan. She is an identical triplet and she posesses a total psychic bond with each of her sisters, Amaranta and Aerin. Her specialty is candle magick and she is very knowledgeable about the power of stones and crystals. Spell-casting is a hobby of ehrs but she takes it extremely seriously, especially when it comes to spells of protection. Like her sisters, she was vamped at the age of 17. Even today, she has not fully come to terms with her "death" and she relies heavily on the support of her sisters. Because of her youthful looks, she keeps up with the times and adoresthe latest fashions and fads. She is emotionally hurt at her mother's abandonement in the early 1930's and from the fact that Stefan had been missing since that time.

Her father and brothers have been searching for her mother since that time, with the exception of Briand and his "friend" Simone. Being a couple years older in a time where women were just beginning to gain independance, Briand and Simone took the triplets in. Adrienne gained a dependance on them in her mother's absence. She and her sisters remained in Paris until the 1960's.

That was when Adrienne met the love of her undead life, Xavier Priscus. Aerin wants her family to be happy, and is pleased that Xavier finally brings Adrie this happiness. Adrienne is not quite sure of her sister, Amara's complete feelings on the subject but she senses that she is not excited about the relationship. Xavier stayed with her until he had to leave on family business in the 1980's. Before his departure, he had been asked by his brother, Marcqean to watch over Thera Di Nerezza until his return. Because of their mutual love for men of a rival clan and both vampiresses being around Xavier, for so long, Thera and Adrienne have been the best of friends since they first met.

Adrienne is very loyal to the Delano clan. She also has prophetic dreams. Adrienne is a very impressionable vampire and is usually gullible enough to fall for her sister's antics. But for others outside of her clan, she does not take their crap. She can be bitter and for her revenge is not only sweet, but absolutely a necessary evil. She does not lose. The trio are forces to be rekoned with, especially when they are together as a triangle. It is the strongest of the shapes. It can not collapse.
