Payment

We accept payment by Western Union or Moneygram. This gives you the option to pay by cash or credit/debit card. Western Union allows you to pay with your credit card online via their website. In the alternative Western Union and Moneygram have locations all over near you. All you have to do is walk in and make payment with cash or your credit/debit card and fill out a simple form. You will be given a receipt and tracking number to check when we pick up your payment. It is safe and proof positive we received your payment it is also extremely fast once you make payment it is immediately available to us for pick up. 

To send by Western Union or Moneygram all you have to do is fill out our online order form, upload your picture and submit. You will then receive a confirmation email in a few hours that we have received your order and the contact information needed to make payment to us via Western Union or Moneygram. We pick up payments once every morning. The process timeline as described below starts the day we pick up your payment.

When ordering more than one item simply fill out and submit an order form for each item ordered and picture/signature if applicable. Please when ordering in a group make all contact from one email address to us.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped via regular mail. We process orders daily. Time line breakdown… Day 1: Your payment is received. Day 2-3: Your order is processed. Day 4-5: Your order is double-checked for accuracy and prepared for shipment. Day 6. Your order is shipped. Allow 5-7 days to reach you regular mail to the US. You should expect to have your order in 2 weeks from the day we receive your payment. 

Include $25.00 to the total of your order for priority processing. By doing this your order will be made and shipped the same day we have payment. We do not ship via express in any form. All sent mail is via regular mail we do this for security reasons. Please do not ask us otherwise we can not do it regardless if you will pay for it. 

Your photo and signature

When deciding on the photo to scan and send in... Passport photos are best. If not, any photo will work that is a direct photo of you facing straight at the camera, NOT looking to the side. The background color does not matter nor does the size. We will change it if necessary after we scan it. Photos may be obtained from most photo studios or check your yellow pages under 'passport photos'. After obtaining your picture and you do not have a scanner simply go to Kinkos (they also do passport pictures) or many other places and have your picture scanned to floppy in the form of a jpeg, gif or bmp then send it to us at the same time you make payment. 

Your signature should be on a white background with no lines and in black ink.

Policy

If you find that we have made a mistake with your order, you have 30 days from receipt to exchange it for a new one. Simply mail in your order with a new form and there will be no questions asked. Remember, we are only as good as your order form is legible. If at any time you encounter a problem with your magnetic strip or bar code, mail it back and we will fix it ASAP. Due to the personalization of our product and the production costs and time involved, we offer no refunds. We guarantee that it will hold up to wear and tear as well as a real one issued by the motor vehicle department. If at any time it does not, mail it back and we will replace it for free.

About us

We have one goal and that is to offer the best product possible. We use the latest technology and equipment to accomplish our goal. We have heard the horror stories of the absolute crap some other sites produce. That is them and NOT us! If you have any doubts or hesitation about the product you will receive from us then don't order! We are doing very well by word of mouth now. By all means if you think a site that is located in the USA, Canada or Europe who can take checks and have bank accounts and an address where the authorities could stroll in at any time and shut them down will give you anything of substance then go order from them! We will be here to serve you after you receive your order that looks like a child made it. We are design artists by trade and located outside of the USA. We do not disclose our address before you order. It will be on the package of your order so in the event it is returned to us or we need to fix your order for any reason please use that address. 

We no longer take mail in payment of any type. Nor will we disclose our location for people who have not ordered. We encountered way to much heartache with Customs stopping our incoming mail and raiding our old facility. Remember what you are ordering it is not a box of chocolates. Any site that has a physical address claiming to offer a decent product is a liar. To prove our point simply order from them first. 

It comes down to common sense. Think about what you are buying and why we go to extremes and the other joke sites do not. Instead of doing a first time big group order try ordering just one where you all pitch in. Make your larger purchase after you receive your order and see our quality.

We are proud of our customer pics page and eventually would like many pages filled with pics of happy customers. But we cant do this without you! Please help us in our effort to show we are the best and take a few snaps and send them in. We will blur your face at your request before we post it. We get many emails from skeptics and would love to have a list of email addresses of satisfied customers that we could email them. We realize this is not possible due to the authorities and it would put you in jeopardy. So pictures are the only way to go. PLEASE SEND A FEW IN!
