A/N: If this seems familiar, it's been posted to the JC and various eGroups. The 10 Commandments of Plot Bunnies: 1) Thy plot bunny is thy plot bunny. Thou shalt not give thy plot bunny away without its consent in writing. 2) Thou shalt not try to make a plot bunny. They come and go according to their will and there is nothing you can do about it. 3) Thou shalt not make a plot bunny out of any line that pops into thine head. This is very bad unto the real plot bunnies. 4) Honor thy plot bunnies in order to make long thy stories. Thy plot bunny can leavest thou when it wishes. And, trust me, it will. 5) Give thy plot bunnies a break when they wish it. An over worked plot bunny is no plot at all. Overworking causes bunnies to leave, which is well known as the Devil's Writer's block. 6) Thou shalt not kill off thy characters if thy plot bunny has more scenes for it. 7) Thou shalt not attempt to crossbreed two bunnies. This is an abomination unto the bunnies. Unless they like it, of course. 8) Thou shalt not steal thy neighbors plot bunny. 9) Thou shalt not write a scene that is loath to thy bunny. 10) Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's bunny. See #8
