This movie is about a serial killer that gets electrocuted. But it can't stop there. The electrcity causes the serial killer to morph into electronig phantasm that is able to leap into different bodies.
Most es fans didn't like this movie, but I did. I liked it simply because it had the ame feel as his Nightmare on Elm Street series (he's always looking for new ways to get to people's vulnerabilities). While it by no means even meets he expectations put out by Nightmare on Elm Street, it is an excellent Wes movie to watch.
