Before I get flamed by every known bonafide horror maniac for giving this movie more than 0 skulls, let me explain myself. In this movie, a blind girl has strong ESP feelings about Ricky, and feels he is going to strike again. Which he does. Wearing a Tupperware container on his head (REALLY). The movie was overly contrived and hopelessly predictable. However, the reason this gets 2 skulls is because by movie No. 3, you learn you can't really expect blood-curdling suspense from this weak horror series. The psychic blind girl was an interesting twist, (even if hopelessly contrived). The only time this is really worth seeing is during a 24 hour Halloween horror fest. Otherwise, don't waste your time.
