The spirits have followed the family to their new home and terrorizing them again. I personally liked the sequel better than the original. Not many agree. The special effects that were in there were more mystical and spiritual (except that whole vomit thing) than the first. The Native American spiritual motife was very well done in my opinion and well worth the price of admission.
