I seem to have a similar view about this movie as most horror buffs. It is very good and very weel done. But the sequel is better. In this one, the family moves into a new house. The unfriendly spirits contact the little girl and bedlam ensues. I think the reason I didn't like this movie that much is because it relied on too much special effects. Steven Spielberg wrote and direct it, so you can't really go wrong.
