Rule #69 of horror movies. Anytime you put a well known classic movie monster's name, and add "unleashed", "uncut", "unbound", etc. and top it of with a copytright date after 1960....the movie is going to be pure excrement. Such is the case of this 1990 flick. A mad doctor gets teleported back in tim to Frankenstein days (yet another feeble attempt to modernize classic movie monsters). The plot is barely there. Don't even bother.
