REVIEWS AND SYNOPSIS
Actually, not a bad film at all! About as dereanged as the first one. This time, our favorite dentist breas out of the mental institution and kills the local dentist. The special effects are exquisite, though they do propel the film. The plot is absent, but it is entertaining to say the least.
