Oliver Reed is indeed the werewolf. He finds out that wolf blood is running through his veins and he tries (with no avail) to control he werewolf side from coming out. This is supposedly based on the novel The Werewolf of Paris. Classic horror at its finest. Cheesy dialogue. Mutant monsters. Girls screaming at monster moving at the speed of molases in January.
