- BOOTH (Facer)
Parents sent Booth away to be raised by the state. He decided to join the Facers at 13. Learned his trade at NCU's theatre department as an apprentice to Nathaniel, a Drama professor.
- CHI CHI (Rad)
Parents live in corporate controlled suburbia, Chi Chi is a member of the Eden Policlub. Currently trying to discover the mystery behind the new Relocation Centers established by BURELOC outside of Fresno.
- DIOMEDES (Guardian)
His father left when he was a kid and his mother works as a waitress at the Afterlife. Diomedes hooked up with a group of Guardians called the Steel Brigade. His current duties are to patrol the area around the East End Mall.
- MERRELL (GoldenKid)
16 and Daughter of the Mogul. Merrell is kept cooped up in Corporate Center playing with her taddies most of her life. After an encounter with Weaver and Rapture, she decides to take a walk on the wildside, slumming it on Night City's streets.
- SIRA (M*A*S*H*er)
Sira comes from Seattle and is currently helping Doc Langstrom at the clinic. SHe is curious about all the goings on with evolved kids at the clinic and is trying to determine what Doc Langstrom's intentions actually are.
- WEAVER (MallBrat)
It is unknown if Weaver has surviving parents. He has grown up living in various superstores and Minimalls. Now he has graduated to running the East End Mall as a member of the MallBrats.
