What is Magick?
On this page I'll present some of my ideas about magick, I'm not saying that what is said herein is the absolute truth. I might be wrong in some or all of my views and I'll gladly like to hear comments from you or I'll be even glad to chat in my java channel.
This page is kinda like an introduction. After this, I'll put some rituals found in books that I have and links to related topics on magick. I would appreciate if you send rituals that you know to be putted here in those pages(kinda like an online cybergrimoire).
Magick is everywhere, and it's existence affects every detail of life, almost always in the most subtle of ways. Magick is a mysterious and mercurial force, not a precise science, that cannot be easily harnessed..
Magick is the supernatural force, the invisible connection, that binds everything together.
Magick is a way of thinking about reality that modern people no longer find appropiate or useful. Magick is a medium to command in the pursuit of trascendence. With the pursuit of magick, whether for reasons of power or enlightenment, there also inevitably emerges a lure from the safe boundaries of human society and understanding.
The Church has promoted the idea that all magick is evil, but that's not true, cause magick is force that is neither black or white or whatever color is has been given, it's up to the person that practices magick what use he's gonna put magick to, good or evil.
The Bible itself is full of inconsistencies regarding the communication of mankind with the spirit world. In the book of Deuteronomy the people of Israel are told: "There shall not be found among you any one... that useth divination..., or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard , or a necromancer"(18:10-11).
But in Corinthians we are told: "... The manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit...the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits{!}..."(12:7-10).
