SABERHAVEN NEWS April 25, 1999

Fight Notes:


- A bit in over his head maybe?  Dakkon trried to rumble with The Warlord
and found out the hard way why he's got such a bad reputation.  
- The tiefling Kkkrawkk, who was last seenn defeating the dragon man
Asharag, was destroyed by the newcomer semi-demon harry Hindquarters, when
harry turned the tiefling into a grasshopper and bit his head off.
- In a highly anticipated match, the Duke  of Hell on Earth Double Death
defeated the raging newcomer Bleche the kobold in the first fight of the
Champion's Round.  DD's shape chaging powers ended up being too much for
the kobold, who made a great showing in the tournament.
New Fights:
- Dakkon vs. Brego
- Thurgol vs. Mack



City News:


- The mage Despaxus officially joined the  House of the Dragon. - The dragon
man Asharag who defected from the HOD to the Righteous Champions of Altira
was reported dead, killed by a vengeful Scourge who had some control over
Asharag still.  No word whether Nick Dearsa was able to revive him yet.
- The Academy of Might finally settled on  a building for it's organization.
A four story building was taken over by the AoM in the City District.
- The House of the Dragon has been making  inquiries into a formal place of
residence within the city.



New Competitors:


- Thurgol Hammerhand - 7th level Firbolg FFighter 


New Rules:


- I've been reviewing some of the online rrules books.  Keep an eye out for
upcoming rules allowances for the Great Net Book of Classes and others.
