The Games of Saberhaven
Flag vs. Ivan
        The evil male dark elf known as Flag steps into the arena surrounded by a shadoy light. In one hand he holds a staff, in the other a wand. His dark plate mail seems to absrob the light and at his side hang several swords which have killed many an Arena contestant.
       His opponent is the verily good grey dwwarf priest-assassin called Ivan. The short one is favored to lose, but his pans are a good fight.
       As the announcements end, Flag flies forward quickly, glowing with the faint green glow of a fireshiled. Ivan comes forward as well, but the dark elf stops and casts a spell. As the dwarf enters the area of effect, time stops around him. The crowd notices nothing however and all of the sudden, the dwarf if lying on the ground and Flag is holding forth a nice sized gem.
       The healing clerics run out to help the downed dwarf, but cannot revive him. Flag walks away with Ivan's soul trapped in the gem.
