The Games of Saberhaven
Orn vs. Archie
        The crowd grows hushed as he steps into the arena. The massive, tanned skinned, Paladin walks calmly to his starting point. His body seems to quiver with energy and his eyes are wide with raw fury. The deep green clearly visible from the stands.
       At the other end of the Arena, steps a smallish elf in chainmail. His cloak drapes off his shoulders and a longbow is drawn, arrow nocked.        The signal to begin sounds, and in that heartbeat, Archie lets loose his arrow. It sails across the Arena, and strikes the massive warrior in the shoulder. The mighty Orn does not flinch from the pain that shot should have caused.
       Archie continues to fire as the crazed paladin charges ahead. Two arrows do stick in him before Orn is able to get to the other side, even with his speedy boots.
       As the paladin arrives, the archer lift off up into the air, courtesy of his winged boots. He hovers just out of sword range.
       As the archer pulls back another arrow, the crazed paladin heaves his sword at the flying elf. The sword flies past the elf, Orn noticing that the archer seems not to be quite where he appears, like he's displaced.
       The archer takes careful aim at the weaponless man. He fires an arrow, sticking it in him. He fires another and knocks the paladin unconscious.
       Archie flies down to the ground and raises his hands in victory as the crowds cheer at for the quick victory.
