Ciryon the Noble vs. Sitel the Terminator

Another of the feared circle of Mephitopholes followers bashes open the doors of the Arena. Sitel the Terminator he is called, a minotaur by race, a cruel being by choice.
His opponent is the most humble of warriors, Ciryon the Noble, a paladin of the highest standing in the northlands. His armor shines wiht the goodness of 20 generations and his holy sword becomes a beacon to goodness and right.
The minotaur yawns and taps his black bladed sword on the ground. Suddenly he roars and charges, head down, horns reared at the paladin.
Few of the betting public realizes that Ciruon is gifted in the powers psionic. He focuses his mental energy on the minotaur, trying to take over the man-bull's mind, but Sitel continues his charge.
Some start to notice the blue glow eminating form the minoatur now, a protection gift from his evil mentors. He pulls up short of the strike and pulls another sword, now wielding two. The holy sword of his opponent suddenly dispels the magcial enchantments surrounding him, except for the fireshield.
Angered, the minotaur strikes out, but his blow bounces off the heavy armor of the paladin. Ciryon trades a blow, getting first blood in the fight. Sitel stubles into the paladin, pushing the holy warrior off him before taking another sword slash.
Fully into the fight now, the two tarde blows, first the paladin, then minotaur, back and forth four times.
Finally, the paladin misses a blow, losing his boot in an overzealous lunge. Sitel misses his counter strike, worried that the boot was a diversion tactic. Satisified it wasn't, he buries another sword tip into the armor folds.
The two seems to beboth hurt badly. Ciryon stirkes quickest again, but Sitel follows up. With what seems like every last bit of strength he has left, Sitel smashes his balck blade into the slightly dented armor of the paladin, fellign him and claiming victory.
The minotaur's chest heaves greatly as he regains his wits and walks from the field.
