Noerdaxinanis vs. Bareth
From the other end comes the dark elf woman known as bareth, a mighty fighter herself, known for her craftyness, though one of the weaker of the Dark Elf stables.
Noerdax flies directly at his opponent, letting the hammer fly as soon as he's in range.
"You'll want to submit to me now I bet," calls Bareth. The gorillian shakes off the magical spell, but not before it distracts him enough to throw his hammer off mark, and stumble in the process.
Catching his balance, he continue forward in the air. He throws the ball at Bareth which expands into magical iron bracelets, trapping her wrists. She focuses her innate magical energies on the iron bands and counteracts their magic temporarily, enough for her to get free of them.
"Submit in a fight I can't lose??? I'd rather eat a dwarf!" says the gorillian. He reaches in his puch and pulls out three beads, and switching his hammer in his left hand, focuses his efforts on his ring.
Bareth invokes a 20 foot area of darkness on the flying carpet, but it matters little. Noerdax blinks with his ring and appears closer, though somewhat removed, from the dark elf. He turns and throws his beads at the woman, two of them hitting her.
The resulting blasts smah the dark elf and two spheres of force are formed, trapping her in the small area surrounded by both.
"Ahhh!" she screams, trapped with no way out. Noerdax smiles, and the judges wait for a moment, to see if she pulls a trick form her sleeve. When it is painfully obvious that she'll do no such thing, they declare the gorillian the victor.
Turning to the elf, Noerdax says, "Like I told ya... I can't lose!!!"
