The Games of Saberhaven
Drago vs. Moonsong

Moonsong enters the arena and shouts, "It is no surprise to find many of your kind in the midst of such barbarity, dwarf," and draws an arrow to begin firing at his opponent.
The grey dwarf smiles and then seems to blend into his surroundings. Moonsong knows not where to fire his bow.
After a minute, a column of flame engulfs the ranger.
The ranger pulls both swords, trying to get a bead on the deurger, but to no avail. He flails his swords in front and to the side of himself, trying to hit something.
He feels as if a magic force is working against, him but he resists it and then catches a glimpse of the deurger. He moves to the sopt he saw him and keeps flailing.
Somehow, he drives his sword through the gut of the foul dwarf. Slowed and sputtering, Drago reaches out to grab the ranger, but misses the displaced man.
Pulling out the stops, the ranger hacks on the grey dwarf with all he's got. He scores the first shot with his longsword, disrupting a quick spell from Drago.
He scores another hit with the same sword and strikes yet again with his sunblade. The dwarf seems nearly dead now.
"Come, dwarf, submit to your superior! There is no need for you to die, despise you as I may," Moonsong says as he waits for the dwarf's next move.
Unwilling to subimt, the dwarf charges one last time at the ranger. Moonsong comes with both swords.
Drago manages to doge the first attack form the ranger. He swings with all his might, but is unable to land a hit.
Moonsong returns with two more blows, the first missing, but the second knocking unconscious the near-dead dwarf.
