Nhupir the Black vs
Prince Kroobor
Representing the mental powers in this fight is Nhupir the Black, a pale dwarf known for his attitude; it's bad and there's lots of it. His mind powers are unquestionably strong which have gained him a respectable record here in Saberhaven City.
And showing for the Realm's God of the Arcane, Azuth, is the only half dragon competing in these games, Prince Kroobor. His parentage includes a silver dragon and that has infused him with a great deal of magical power which has brought him to round two in the games.
The crowd, who have seen some incredible fights already today, are pretty riled up by the time the doors swing silently open. They ride to their feet and cheer to greet their performers. Through the south door stomps the black clad dwarf, already glistening with sweat from prefight exertions. Appearing at the north door is the well dressed draconic priest. Within seconds they both disappear, the dwarf turning invisible and the dragon appearing five feet behind where Nhupir was last seen.
Kroobor begins casting a long spell and completes it without interruption. He then casts another spell with a wave of his talons and the prone, still form of the dwarf appears, lying on the ground right where he turned invisible. The priest acknowledges the crowd's halfhearted cheers and abandons the Arena to the onrushing priests.
