Atad's second plan to thwart the First Wave and ensure
the survival of mankind throughout the Galaxy. He establishes an immense
financial backing. From this vast account, he created an information gathering
network and think tank dedicated to learning whatever was useful to his Grand
Scheme. He set up the Book of Interventions in order to record the Intervention
of Earth and events on the worlds that result. He used the information in
preparation for the future. From his information network spawned the Affiliate
which become an unstoppable force throughout the Galaxy. With the book, he
learned of the mental powered women of Ahkbar, and of the destruction of the
Omniversal Translators. He tracked worlds like Namad with its weather
controlling population. He pulled his resources for the coming of the wars of
the Grand Scheme. He survived for thousands of years in and out of Relative
