BRIEF HISTORY

 

Daughter to mad emperor D'Ken, Deathbird wasn't quite happy with her sister Lilandra being heritier to the Shi'Ar Empire, so first, she tried to kill her, having her exiled to Earth, where she met his lover, CharlesXavier. Since Lilandra regained the control of her empire with the help of the X Men, the Starjammers and her Guard, Deathbird made friends with the Brood (those nice aliens we all love so much) kidnapping everybody and leaving them to be used as breeders. As always, the X Men escaped (not before having Carol Danvers turned into Binary) and once again, Lilandra took her right place, escaping her to an unknown place. The fight for the throne was not over, and Deathbird ruled for a while, giving up due to major pressure by her people, but then the skrulls took over and changed places with Xavier, Lilandra and many of their people. Deathbird was the one to answer to Xavier telepathic call, and with Lila Cheney's help, brought the X Men to the Trone World to fight the invaders. After all was over, Deathbird was not willing to rule anymore and left, being not seen again till now.
