Snake

This is a collaborative effort between my wife and I, for the 2000 Year of the Snake [Baren]-related postcard print exchange.

Tricia and I each carved our own blocks, and then printed them side by side. Most of these were then cut into individual 6 x 4" prints and mailed as separate prints. A few of them we left uncut, to show the relationship between the images. Tricia's is on the left, and mine is on the right. The printing was done collaboratively by Tricia and I, using Speedball oil-based ink and a hand operated press.

This is an unnumbered edition. Most were printed seperately on 6 x 4" paper, but this particular print was printed together on 11 x 8 1/2" card stock. There are prints available.
