Anton W Cona is a very powerful outcast from the Æsculapian order. He is considered very dangerous. It is believed that his goals are
1. Termination of the U.N.
2. “Liberating” the human spirit
What this means is relieving the human spirit of its moral conscience. They would stop them from distinguishing from right and wrong. This effectively turns them into sociopaths. He is achieving this by means of a drug, which removes their moral conscience. After applying this drug Psionic users seem to follow him.
Anton W Cona is a citizen of seven of the countries: Swiss, F.S.A, China, Russia, N.O.E, Australia and U.A.S
He previously worked for the Æsculapian order, and has been involved in experiments with Aberrant and Psionic DNA, the goal being to create a super soldier. The result however was a monster that was killed by Hector Ramirez. This scandal apparently involved the Æsculapians and Orgotek. F.S.A might have been involved.
The drug that Cona has developed is called the Liberty Drug and turns Psionic users into sociopaths who oddly follow Cona’s will. It must make them susceptible to his suggestions, once injected.
Also of relevance is a man called Zwiedler who is head of the Æsculapian order. Cona was Zwiedler’s right hand man.
Anton W Cona supplements his income by being a major drug dealer.
We have identified 4 definite subordinates of Anton W Cona. They are listed below:
Peter Herman
British Æsculapian rated at P8.
Until recently he was a researcher focussing on Algesis for the Æsculapians. He was based on the moon (so that he could be observed) and trained in Switzerland. He was known to be dysfunctional even before he had the liberty drug. He killed 2 lab technicians that officially died in a fire. Herman has not been seen since. (res 4)
Herman worked on the Chromosomes project in the first year of his internship. He has been an Æsculapian for 10 years. Whilst he was on the moon he had dealings with members of Legion and ISRA. He was also involved with the Drug Addiction project
Since Herman disappeared recently I had thought that the leads on him might be fresh and through him would lead to Cona.
Herman had, when he was captured, a Steinheart MICC Mini computer. With a Vocorder with: English, Chinese, Russian, Nihonjin, Quin and 700,000 UAN.

Many facts of the dream sequence have been proved to be correct. Eden does exist. Grayson is one of Divis Mal’s lieutenants. Divis Mal does look like he did in the vision (according to reports showing his appearance at the U.N. Headquarters.)

At the insistence of the Upeo Wa Macho, the U.N. sent a diplomatic mission to Eden, along with representatives of Trinity, Legion, ISRA, Orgotek, Ministry, Æsculapian and the Upeo Wa Macho. (The Norça were conspicuous in their absence).
At the meal Apollo Millikan gave a talk on the difference between different “Aberrants” and what the Novas there were doing. He however didn’t eat.
According to Apollo Millikan there were 5 different groups:
A group of nations setup by the U.N. and the Aeon society, which had lots of goals like protection of humanity etc, to summarise they did good things
Not much known about them, they were devoted to gathering information.
Wanted to be treated as superhumans – outside the law assigned to humans. Divis Mal is the head of this group. Grayson is one of Divis Mal’s lieutenants.
Only goal was Anarchy.
They had a specific code of conduct, but were essentially mercenaries for hire.
Returning to earth a JumpShip armed to the teeth was observed. It was later discovered that this was attacked and word was received from it.
This operation is to go to Erebus, the home planet of a race called the Erebeans. The mission is an investigation to study alien activity and get info on the coalition.
Funded by the Norça there will be 6 Field teams each composed of 10 science personnel and 10 operations personnel. The mission is to last 1 week.
If any team is discovered the are to broadcast their research so far and attempt to escape.
The mission was based from a Scarab Frigate specially stealthed up to the nines called Storm Crow.

Rikean discovers that Serephelle is making him forget things and also is in league with Divis Mal.
Rikean also had been carrying around Parasite for a long while. Once ousted by Dr Gun, Parasite jumped to Dr Gun, then jumped to Zorro, before being taken out by a quinn.
Ambassador Flore’s heads of staff consists of: David Zazlavsky, Dr Laura Hindlin, Dr Dara Petrusky, Jack Grace, William Von Hoffman, Craig Strahinch, Umiko Traverso, Kim Wong, Terri Wesling, Dr Herbert Unga.
We are assigned by Ambassador Flores to investigate the deaths of three humans who died in “Accidents” out side the dome (Roberts, Diaz and Sandoz). At the same time we are looking into the assassination attempt at Petropavlovsk as there may be a connection?
It is believed that the assassination attempt was committed by a criminal element, however the tricky problem is finding out who ordered that element to attempt the assassination. We’re pretty sure the motive for the attempt was to disrupt relations between Humans and Quinn.
This gives three main possibilities from the major houses: Walls, Beasts and Servants. All of whom are known (to some degree) to be anti-humans. Of the rest of the six, the Houses of Roads and Wheat are known to be pro-humans. The question is where the house of speech lies.
Roberts was an Isran who’s job was to identify and repair cracks in the dome. His Isran abilities helped him with this, but not everyone seems to know he was Psionic.
Diaz was an admin person and noone knew he was a Norca, it turns out he was one instance of Rodrigez Del Fuego – Proxy of the Norca.
Sandoz was known to be a ministry agent who’s job was to check the mental stability of all of the humans.
Lex and Magno appear with strange power (quantum and subquantum energy.) Cold and grass growing. According to Lex it took some time for them to travel. (5 mins).
We go to House of Roads. Dave Ryder and Rosa Santiveros teleport in.
We meet the Ambassadors and talk about stuff but don’t get much info. They (the Quinn) scan Lex and Magno.
Zorro ruins the talks and they kick us out.
A colleague (read fellow Teleporter) of Dave Ryder’s pops in tells them that they can’t see Earth anymore then pops out again.
Zorro looks and also cannot see Earth but can see the Moon, it is being attacked by Aberrants. He can also see the blackness approaching Earth. He picks a location (his Apartment) and Dave Ryder teleports us all there (apart from Charas Orsini). This leads us to…
Dave Ryder then teleports Rikean, Rosa and Magno to a point just behind where the 4th Legion is fighting. (Rikean’s tattoos finally show). He then teleports Sarah Watson (the President) to a point just in front of a Chinese Warship orbiting (and firing on) the Moon. It destroys her completely (as Dr Gun confused her before she got a chance to Teleport her). Meanwhile Rikean freezes one aberrant that has changed to electricity and is heading for Magno. Magno tries to stop the aberrant concentrating on Rikean but fails. Rikean can no longer act. Rosa attacks one but cannot penetrate its armour. Magno keeps trying as does Rosa. Suddenly Lex appears with a plasma pistol. She takes out another aberrant before turning her attention on the one which has just affected Magno with the same power. He is somehow able to concentrate past that and attacks it. Once it is unconscious both Rikean and Magno can move freely. By this point the Biovargs which were overwhelmed by The President have made light work of the rest of the Aberrants in this sector.
It is decided to go to Earth, to Venezuela to discover what has created the Psi dampening field and find out how we can stop it.
