There are so many
wonderful homepages out there. You know the homepages
I am talking about, the ones that touch your heart and
make you smile, laugh, cry, and want to visit them over and
over again. I decided that I wanted to have an award to give
out to those extra special homepages! The ones with the warm
welcome, and the touching words, and what better way to think
