ELOQUENT FURY

REVOLUTIONARY AFRICAN TRUTH

EXPRESSLY FOR RADICAL INTELLECTUALS WHO SEEK KNOWLEDGE
(*******WARNING: HAZARDOUS TO NEOCON DELUSION*******)

NEVER THROW IN THE TOWEL!!!
AN OPEN LETTER TO MICHAEL MOORE

I recently attended a speech by one of my favorite fellow Midwestern warriors. He is a
rebel, a journalist, a filmmaker, a television star, and an entertainer. He is Michael
Moore,  the host of  “TV Nation”, director of the classic film “Roger and Me”, its sequel
Pets or Meat”, the profound film, masked as a comedy, “Canadian Bacon”, and the soon
to be nationally released documentary “The Big One.”

Michael has devoted his life and his multi-talents to exposing the ruthless capitalism of
corporate America, and the genocide, racism, and elitism of its political allies in the U. S.
government. Michael’s new best-selling book,  Downsize This!: Random Threats From
An Unarmed American
, should be required reading in EVERY classroom in the world!
The wisdom and truth that this book contains about corporate greed,  the obscene billions
spent quietly on corporate  welfare, the amoral greed of politicians, the new slavery of
prison labor, and the overall onslaught of The New World Order are MANDATORY
reading for all who seek revolution from the neocon fascists who rule our world. This
book is deprogramming for blindly patriotic neocon fools who love America
unconditionally and suicidally.

Michael is as entertaining in person as he is on film or in print. I enjoy his angry charm,
passionate wit, candid vocabulary and brutal honesty. His uncensored and critical
analyses extend beyond the demonic wrong, which masquerades as the “religious right”,
to his own progressive supporters and fans. I was amused as he instantly silenced his
interactive California audience, by reminding them of the tarnish beneath the gloss of
their trademark liberalism.

It is California that dares to outlaw immigrants. Mexicans were here before the whites
who slander THEM as “aliens.” It is California that dares to outlaw affirmative action.
Elite San Francisco has the most expensive real estate, the whitest neighborhoods, and
the whitest corporate offices in America. It is California where Asians are viewed as the
enemy because whites fear being THEIR minority. Although closer to utopia than any
other state in the union, California is chock full of its own pockets of Dixie.

As I basked in Michael’s aura, I was wounded by the foul spirit of a brother in the
audience. Cowards exist in every race. But, on this night, in this audience, the coward
shared my skin color. He stood up and asked Michael, “Why don’t you just throw in the
towel?” WHY?!? Why is it that so many brothers are so afraid of revolution that they
dare to discourage even a white man who dares to fight common enemies?

The ONLY thing worse than a weak fool who refuses to fight his enemies, is a bolder,
weaker fool who will dare to dissuade those who DO fight his enemies!!! The revolution
will come when every one who claims to believe in revolution is willing to actually DO
BATTLE for their beliefs. When they are willing to throw their fists as easily as they
chant the slogans.

Dear Michael Moore:

NEVER THROW IN THE TOWEL!!! Too many cowards and traitors have already done
so. We need you to continue to be our John Brown, we who are Harriet Tubman and
Malcolm X. Just as the Quakers helped runaway slaves, we need rainbows of warriors to
defeat the rainbows of neocons who are murdering all of us globally, every second of
every day.

We hear you urging us to move beyond angst to action. Millions of us are
organizing against our oppressors. While the cowards throw in their towels, we use our
towels expressly to wipe the sweat from our warrior brows.

Our wars rage on!!! Every towel that the cowards throw away will be needed, to soak up
the sweat of our soldiers and the blood of our enemies. Most rebels are silenced by the
same media that give you voice, only because you mix your truths with comedy. Beyond
the laughter, you educate us and inspire us to revolution.

Thank you Michael, for all that you do and all that you are. Merci mon frère pour tout.
Bonne chance, victoire et liberté.(Thank you my brother for everything. Good luck,
victory, and freedom.)

Power to the People,
Alicia Banks
